Training
Each new staff person is trained one-on-one, working side by side with a staff trainer who works in the same position as the new employee. This style of training is personal and effective; it not only integrates the new staff person into the Pristine Pines team, it also provides hands-on experience to caring the Pristine Pines Way. On-going staff training is delivered in a creative and fun environment that keeps staff energized, educated, and excited about the work we do at Pristine Pines.
